Coenzyme Q10 is a natural substance from our food, which can also be produced by the body itself. Particularly high concentrations of coenzyme Q10 are found in specific organs, such as the heart and brain.
Natural substances such as ginkgo can be put to good use with increasing age. Ginkgo leaf extract ensures that the microcirculation is promoted in the blood vessels. In this way, important nutrients can reach the brain cells and support their activity as well as the mental performance.
