Vitamin D3, which has been proven for many years, is now available in a high dosage form for even easier application. One capsule contains 15.000 I.E. (international units) of vitamin D3 as a weekly intake. This corresponds to a daily intake of 2,143 I.E. (= 53.6 µg) and thus offers an uncomplicated possibility of regular intake of the vitamin.
Vitamin D not only supports the maintenance of normal immune function, but also the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus in the body. Furthermore, it is involved in the maintenance of muscles and bones, as well as teeth and supports a normal calcium level in the blood. The so-called sun vitamin can only be absorbed in small amounts from food and is mainly formed by the sun's rays in the skin. The weak sunlight during the autumn and winter months reduces the body's own vitamin D production, which makes the use of a micronutrient preparation all the more sensible.

Take 1 capsule every 7th day with plenty of liquid with a meal. One capsule contains 375 µg (= 15,000 I.U.) vitamin D3 and 394 mg magnesium. When consuming 1 capsule every 7 days, this corresponds to a daily intake of 53.6 μg (= 2,143 I.U.) vitamin D and 56.3 mg magnesium.
