Magnesium citrate capsules with readily soluble magnesium
Magnesium citrate provides the organic citrate form of the mineral. What differentiates this compound is that it is readily soluble even at more alkaline pH values and can therefore be readily absorbed by the body even in less acidic environments (e.g. with limited stomach acid).
