Vitamin D3 Tropfen
Vitamin D3 in liquid form for easy application ensures your daily supply of vitamin D and supports your immune system. As a single drop already contains the recommended daily dosage of 25 µg (= 1000 I.U.), taking multiple drops is a thing of the past. Another plus: at Biogena we use pleasantly neutral tasting sunflower oil instead of palm oil.
Ester C Gold®
Ester-C® Gold is a special and patented vitamin C complex with a buffered, almost pH-neutral vitamin C form and the vitamin C metabolite L-threonate. With L-threonate, vitamin C is better absorbed into the body and stays longer in the immune cells. This non-acidic, well-tolerated vitamin C complex is also suitable for sensitive individuals. The smart combination with quercetin, grape seed extract and elderflower extract give the product the finishing touch.
Zinkcitrat 30
Zinc is part of more than 300 enzyme systems and supports various functions of the immune system. With 30 mg of zinc per capsule in the highly bioavailable, organic citrate form, Biogena Zinkcitrat 30 is suitable for covering special zinc requirements and can contribute to a sustainable micronutrient supply as an additional component of a balanced diet. Consumption of one capsule every other day covers the daily reference amount of 15 mg of zinc.

Vitamin D3 drops: Consume 1 drop daily with a meal.Ester C® Gold: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.Zinc citrate 30: Consume 1 capsule every 2nd day with plenty of liquid at a meal. This corresponds to a daily intake of 15 mg of zinc. It is recommended to limit the intake to a few weeks/months.
